I want to take home loan and which bank best interst? . 5 year perido?

25 laks loan frm bank to purchase huse.how much i will get and how much need pay mnth. how much interst we be take

LIC HFL is one of the best and serving better !

The interest rate can be fixed for a set period (we offer six months to five years) and may be rolled over at the end of that period. However, the interest rate then will depend on the rates at that time.
At the end of the fixed interest rate period, you can make a lump sum repayment for no fee.
You can split your loan into a number of different fixed interest rate loans (for example, you can have a portion of your borrowing on a two year period and a portion on a five year period).

i think pnb or sbi

Today HDFC is the best bank that offers best service to customers, He is the number 2 in india so my opinion goes with HDFC for home its the best deal you never get from any where.

What is DHFL floating home loan rate?

I have applied for home loan and its approved but its floating rate is 11.75 % is it right rate ??

It is changing every now and then by RBI policies.

So better check current rates with DHFL Office itself.

Anyone can avail home loan up to Rs 500,00,000 but not exceeding 85% the cost of property/ estimate. The loan amount varies with repayment capacity, age, educational qualifications, stability of income, co-applicant’s income, number of dependents.

Is there any format for giving a notice to a tenant?

This notice is being given before their agreement period ends. We need the house for personal purposes. Thanks for answering!

To have the house back for personal use, you have to give them a certain amount of months notice. I don't know where you are or what your tenancy agreements are but you need to look that up before serving notice. Give them written notice and be nice about it, they may not fight the early eviction.

A tenancy agreement is a document that grants the right to exclusive use of a landlords property and land for a determined period of time. The owner of the land, including buildings that may be on it is called the Landlord. In return for the use of the land, a rent is paid as agreed between the Landlord and the person using the land known as the Tenant.

Home loan Suggestions?

LICHFL, HDFC etc. provides home loans based on PLR and spread discount.
SBI, Axis banks provide home loan based on base rate.

I should go for which type of home loan plr based or base rate based?
What are the plus and minus points in both type of home loans?

All are giving only Sugar Coated promises. Base rate is always above PLR only.

Banks/institutions offers concessional rates for new clients only to woo them. But that concession is only for temporary period of next raise by RBI. This fact is clearly told only by LIC HFL. So you can rely on LICHFL .

Following the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI’s) decision to hike its key policy rates in its monetary policy review last month, some banks have raised their prime lending rates (PLR) even as they left their recently-declared base rates unchanged.

According to the RBI’s guidelines, all categories of loans sanctioned after July 1 have to be linked to base rate — the floor rate below which a bank cannot lend, while the ones extended during the old regime could continue till they are up for renewal or a switch over takes place on mutually agreed terms.

For home loan borrowers, what the recent PLR hike means is that those who have taken a loan after July 1 — when the base rate regime came into being — will not be affected by this hike, but those who have not made the switch to base rate yet will see their equated monthly instalments (EMI) moving northwards. It is seen as an attempt by lending banks to coax borrowers to embrace the new benchmark.

Consequently, the question topmost on the minds of borrowers with home loans linked to PLR is whether it’s best to voluntarily shift to base rate to ensure lower home loan interest rate. The answer to the question perhaps depends on the situation you are in.

Start process with both and give processing fees cheque to both as required.

Observe whom you are more comfortable with.

Once you get approval from both decide based on your experience.

Arrange stop cheque payment for the other one and inform them that you are not comfortable and don't want to continue.

go for home loan based on based rate.it is more convenienient.

Is it possible to get a loan on plot or land worth 10lakh? n maximum how much i can get?

Yes possible to get Mortgage Loan from some banks subject to your eligibility. Maximum loan will be 40% of their valuation.

All banks will be happy to give you a loan against collateral security,in this case your land. But it should be in your name by all means. You will also get a loan from the bank against someone's land provided the owner pledge it to the bank against the loan amount taken by you.How much you get as loan depends on the valuation of the land made by the bank, not based on what you say.So contact two or three nationalized banks,go through their terms and conditions and accept the one which suits you.

Where in America i can go for good real estate investment properties ?

You can buy in any state. You can only go there if you have a Visa though, you can't get one just because you own property.

That is sort of like saying "where in the US can I find a good wife?"

Where ever you are you can find good real estate investments. Look for prices and locations. If you are thinking about buying office space- realize this is completely different than the residential market.

Right now Victoria, Texas is an excellent place. Vivtoria is in a boom & taking off like Austin did in the 70's. People do not have a place to live and are staying in hotels & motels. there are no rentals.

I own a rental property, but am going to put this up for sale since I do not live there. I took it away from a managment company I had because of doing a poor job. It took me two years to get it upgraded after 6 years of never keeping it maintained. Just had new hardie siding put on and it is in tip top shape.

Good real estate investment properties exist all over America. It is kind of like the stock market. The trick is identifying which ones are better than others.

How to prevent my laptop from others, if that person know my laptop password?

Is there any chance to notify me through mail or sms to my mobile when my laptop is opened by others???? Please suggest me... Thanks..

If you're really crazy, you could get a thumb print reader and use that for your login. Barring that, you can lock your bios with a password, change the password on the Admin account and change your password. Although, if he really knows what he's doing there's not going to be a lot that you can do to keep him out. Basic windows security is only meant to stop a majority of people.

What you are asking for is close to impossible. To make sure your laptop is secure, always keep it with you. Don't leave it unattended. Laptop passwords for logging in will barely help. However, storing your documents in a compressed archive which is locked with strong passwords will help.

will the sisters get equal share of their ancestral property.?

One of the affected says : "I hav 5 sisters and and my mother.my father died in 2005 .i hav my grand fathers property.bt now a days my sisters are quarreling qith me for share of land of 7 acres.and all the 5 sisters are married before the 1994 "

Additional Details

but i hav asked this information to lawyers but they dont hav that much information.
and sir they are fighting for the equal share will you plz tell what is the law for granddaughters share in their ancestral property. for todays date on satbara there are names of all grandaughters and grandsons and daughter in law hat is my mothers names are there on satbara so i would like will they get the share?
what is the actual law for daughters share if they are married in their ancestral property?

Daughters also share equally the ancestral property.

Your Grand father's property will be equally shared by his sons and daughters.
Then the grand children share their father's/mother's share equally. This means if grand father has 1 son (A) and 1 daughter (B), that will be divided Half each. Out of this if A has four children and B has two children, A's children will get 1/4th of A;s share and B's children will get 1/2 of B's share.

Consult a local Civil Lawyer !

Yes daughter get the equal share amount of ancestral property of grandfather, if your father is died then they have the rights to share equal amount of property between all your brother and sisters,It doesn't matter whether your sister married or not.

No. Sisters have right in only fathers property. Not in GrandFather's .Of course you will have to take help of a capable Legal Adviser.

If your parents didn't leave a will, all 6 of you and all the kids you have, have equal rights on the father's/grand father's property. lets say you 6 + 10 kids = 16 shares.

Daughters get equal share. Law says grandchildren not Grandson. It doesn't matter if they are married in the ancestral property or not.
